P&F confusion

You know what that means from a trader perspective.
I get wrong levels for maybe stop loss or support/resistance.
Also other platforms don't prints these ghost trades.

PS you could've asked your lead technical earlier and saved me all these reponses and time and efforts.

You still get correct levels for resistance and support with PnF in NinjaTrader. The NinjaTrader implementation is on spec with industry standard here. The support or resistance level would be column before the new column is generated.

If you would like to confirm we are using industry standard I did a google search of Point and Figure Charting. You will notice the top 5 links all have examples of PnF charting they will all have the 1 box size as the distance for a new column just as NinjaTrader does it.
