New computer, NT keeps crashing on start

Just installed Ninja onto my computer, running WinXP Pro.

Everytime NT starts it asks for my serial, no problem, then it loads and gives a window telling me about the NT YouTube site, no problem.. click OK then NT crashes and I get a message saying that "ninjatrader has encountered a problem and needs to close" bla bla bla.

Error attached.

FWIW. I have Ninja on another computer running fine, with the same XP Pro.

Could you send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Support.

Cant get to the control center. It crashes every time without loading that far.

In that case can you send an email to Support[aT]NinjaTrader[dOt]com and attach all of the files manually.

You will find the log file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.

- The log file will be named "log.YYYYMMDD.txt"

You will find the trace file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

- The trace file will be named "trace.YYYYMMDD.txt"
