I want to be able to get a data feed and develop models and also be able to forward test them with a paper trading account. Oh, and I also want to be able to do that without having to open an account and deposit $10-20K. Does anybody know of a data provider that will allow me to do that? Not being able to forward test in the real market may not be a deal breaker but it's not optimal.
