Live account key doesnt work

Hello,

I had to reinstall win7 64 and I am running nt 64 with tws. I get data and everything is fine only the live account key doesnt work.

In the control center - accounts I can see my account with the actual value but I when I open the chart trader on a chart I dont have the possibility to change to my live trading account.

I tried to restart nt but this doesnt help.

Can anyone help?

Please make sure you have unchecked global simulation mode from the file menu. This should allow you to select a live account within ChartTrader. If you cannot uncheck this, please send a note to sales 'at' ninjatrader 'dot' com, and include the license key you're using under Help > License Key.
