    Urgent! Connection problems...

    I´m running NT on a notebook with win7 64 bit and on a backup pc with win xp 32 bit.

    No problems on the win7 notebook, but since today I can´t connect with my winxp backup pc. message:

    login failed: the remote certificate is invalid according to the validation procedure.

    or:

    login failed: Unable to login (10001).

    I uninstalled NT and reinstalled the newest version, still same problem. I also synced the time and tried connecting after checking "legacy API" (connection options), didn´t help.

    any suggestions??

    Welcome to the forum and I am happy to assist you.
    Can you please send the log and trace files to support[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com
    • You will find the trace file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.
    • The trace file will be named "trace.YYYYMMDD.txt"

    • You will find the log file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.
    • The log file will be named "log.YYYYMMDD.txt"



    Please append Attn:Joydeep in the subject line of the email and please give a reference of this thread in the body of the email.

          connection prob

          i can connect to market replay nt servers but am unable to login to broker feed after nt re -install(faulty nt script download from website)

          The firewall i have set to allow inboard and outboard nt.

          what am i forgetting?

            Please send me your log and trace files for today so that I may look into what occurred.

            You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Support.

            Please reference the following ticket number in the body of the email:679761
