2nd login modal panel cannot be closed

I just tried to log into Kinetick and DTN with the same credentials and am getting the dreaded 'Disconnect enforced by 2nd login to the same account' notification. Now that's all fine and dandy but the problem is that you CAN NOT CLOSE that modal panel. There's an ok button but it's not responding. So now I have to force close NinjaTrader which will probably corrupt your overly sensitive database.

PLEASE have this fixed!

I suggest to avoid connecting simultaneous to IQFeed and Kinetick using the same login credentials to avoid the modal panel.

Yes, I am aware of your policy - I did it by mistake. But that shouldn't blow up NT, right? ;-)
