Problem with opening chart with data feed from interactive brokers

Hi,
I have problem with opening a live chart (data feed is from Interactive Brokers) I receive data to TWS without any problems. I also folowed the instruction in NT support "NinjaTrader Connection Guide for Interactive Brokers"

There is screenshot of messages when I try to open the chart. Can you please help me?

Please reset the instruments and see if you can pull the data.

To reset your instruments please: go to the Tools menu, select the Options menu item, select the Data tab, and then click on 'Reset Instruments'.
