Chart trader bug: orders are sometimes not close to where the market traded

Any one had problems using a market order while the chart is being refresh at the end of a bar? Sometimes I'm getting orders at points on the chart that are a long way from where the market has traded. My display update interval is set to 0.2 seconds and the only indicator is volume. And the "calculate on bar close" is set to false for volume. This seem to just start to happen after my upgrade for YM moving to globex. I have attached a screen shot.

Fills are plotted based on their time stamp and are put on the first in a chart with the same relative time stamp.

Are you on Sim101 account? It looks like you may have taken some trades and didn't reset your Sim101 account. You can reset it in the Tools->Option->Simulator tab.
