MB Trading - ATM Triggers Margin Miscalculations

Started trading at MBT today and had a lot of technical issues with MBT + ATM. Every time I would use an ATM (simple Trailing Stop) and then exit, the next order (generally the same as the prior order) would fail due to low margin. I called MBT and they could not figure it out, but kept adjusting my margin back but I had to call each time it happened. Finally, I just started using manual Stop orders (no ATM) and sliding them manually with Chart Trading. Any ideas?
