MB Trading - Rejected: Unable to submit order now: no quotes available

Just signed up with MB Trading and I'm getting this message: "Rejected: Unable to submit order now: no quotes available". I called their trade desk and there have not been any attempts records on their systems, so the message must be coming from NT. I am connected live with MBT with Global Simulation turned off.

What instrument you are trading?
Are you able to see the bid/ask price for the said symbol?

I tried both AAPL and SQQQ. Why would the instrument matter? Yes, I am running seeng the bid/ask. I'm also running KineTick.

Pilot error! - I'm new to MB Trading and I was selecting their demo account. My bad. However, I'm having some other issues with MBT that I'll post separately.
