    Connection lost

    Hi, my Kinetick connection has been dropping all day long. There doesn't seem to be anything wrong with my internet connection, and my IB connection is just fine. Is there a problem on your end?

    Thank you for your post.

    There are no widespread issues effecting Kinetick users at this time to the best of my knowledge. So that I may look in to these disconnections, please contact me with a note to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com.

    In the message, please include a link to this forum thread as well as a copy of today's trace file. You will find the trace file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.
    The file which I need would be named 'trace.20120709.txt'.
