can't enable position

Dear friends.
I have create 3 simulaton account. And I am testing 3 different automated strategies.
Each strategy with 3 instruments - ES, 6E, BRN.
But I can't enable my last few strategies.
Please watch screenshot.

daglas,

Could you check your "log" tab and report any error messages when you try to enable these?

everything is good. I have reboot my PC, and all strategies are active.
