    All kinds of trouble!

    I am having all kinds of trouble that I think may be related to my broker??? Now, every time I try to log in, it says Login rejected because somebody logged in as me? When I finally get connected, soon, it kicks me out and says the same thing???? I use this system ONLY for Ninja so can't imagine someone could have hacked me???? Any ideas????

    I've occasionally seen similar messages when there is more than one application connected to MBT within 1 computer. To eliminate this as possibility, do a full restart of PC. When you're back up, connect only to NT and see if you stop getting the message.

    If you are still getting it, it's best to contact MBT and request a password change. Then recreate the connection within NinjaTrader:
    Please go to the Tools menu--> select Account Connections--> highlight the connection--> click Remove
    Restart NinjaTrader
    Please go to the Tools menu--> select Account Connections and recreate the account connection.

    Also verify that you are using the version of MBT from this website:
