few ninjatrader 7 instances on one PC

I want to test several strategies on separate accounts. How can I do that?
I can't install second terminal on my PC, when first terminal is already installed on my PC.
How can I run few account at one PC?

You can do this on one platform, as strategies can be assigned to accounts. Are you currently simulated trading or wanting to trade live with these strategies?

How do you mean: "... test several strategies on separate accounts." ? Do you mean that you want to run different strategies on different accounts in real time (or Market Replay), or are you talking about the Strategy Analyzer?

I am testing strategies on demo accounts. I try to create few accounts and test strategies on this several accounts at the same time.

You can create new accounts by going to Tools > Options > Simulator. Once you create some accounts, whenever you add a new strategy there is an "Accounts" field that lets you specify which one you want it trading to.
