Connected to IB account - unavailable in strategy account drop-down

I have set up and connected the account at IB (the bottom left screen shows Connected status with green background color).
I can see the account being displayed in the Accounts tab... But when I try to add a new strategy or update an existing one, only Sim101 appears and not the actual IB account that I want to trade.

Note that this is a brand new install that was set up exactly the same way as on another machine - which can run strategies on that IB account with no problems.

How can I troubleshoot this further please?

Thanks for the post. For this, you'll want to check that you have your live license key inputted under Help > License Key. Then, make sure Global Simulation Mode is disabled under the File menu. If both of these look good, please send us a note to support 'at' ninjatrader 'dot' com and include a link to this thread.

License key was good... but Global Simulation Mode was "ON".

All working now - thanks for that!
