4 min chart

How do I get a 4 min chart in my screen, I have the 5 min and wil ,in the screen 4 min and return,but get a blank screen, on the 5 min I see the chart

Are you currently connected to your data provider? It would show up as green in the lower left hand side of your control center.

No I have IB real time but not on sunday

If you connect to your data provider, and then right click your chart > go to "Reload all historical data" does it have this chart now?
