    Data Download

    Hi,

    I download data each day to use with the replay feature, but some contracts are not downloading for June 22 (all US contracts + UK, German are fine). Any reasons why this is happening?

    Can you please tell me what specific contracts are not downloading and what the error message is?

      I can confirm that Market Replay data for 06/22/2012 is missing for the following future contracts: 6E 09-12, CL 08-12 and NQ 09-12. There are no error messages displayed or in the Log file. It's like an empty file is downloaded.

        ES09, CL08, NQ09, Z09, ZB09. they just download a few kb, effectively empty, no error message.

          Hello malcolm,

          Can you try deleting the data then try to re-download it from our servers. To delete the Market Replay data it will be in the (My) Documents -> NinjaTrader 7 -> db -> data -> 20120622 and then you can right click on the selected instruments and select delete. Make sure to disconnect from all connections before downloading Market Replay Data.

          I can confirm that NQ 09-12, ES 09-12, CL 08-12, and 6E 09-12 are able to download Market Replay data from it.

          If you are still having problems do you see an error in the Control Center -> Log tab?

          Also, what kind of Antivirus/Firewall software do you have installed on your computer?
