Unable to load live data

I have several charts open but 2 of them are not loading live data. Yesterday they where fine but this morning they are stuck. I tried to open a new chart with the same symbol but no luck. When I type in a different symbol the chart shows real time data but when I switch back to the symbol I see old data.

Which data provider do you use with NinjaTrader?

Which two instruments are the two which do not load for you?

In which interval are you charting those instruments?

I use IB but also tried TD. Instruments are GNOM and UVXY. I have tried 1 minute and up to. Worked fine yesterday.

Hello relogical,

Please select GNOM or UVXY in the Orders tab of the Control Center window. Do you see updates to bid, ask and last price or do these fields report 'n/a'?

Thanks for checking this - this would confirm that the settings which you use for the two instruments are correct.

1.) Which build of Trader Workstation do you use? To check, please click Help > About Trader Workstation.

2.) Please open a new workspace (File > Workspaces > New Workspace) then add a new chart for these two instruments. Do you encounter the same data loading issue in this workspace as well?

I am using the latest version. After I loaded the instruments in Orders tab and then opened a new chart it started to work.
