NT does not install

I completely re-installed my laptop, but failed to install NT. When I run the installer I see the dialog box when downloading the installer. As soon this is finished, the windows closes and nothing happens...
I have Win7 32Bit, just as I had before and as I have on 2 other PC's.

Any idea? Would be good when the installer tells the problem he has....

I suspect some security settings are preventing the installer from even running.

Please email me at support at ninjatrader dot com and reference this forum post I will send you a direct link to download we will see if you can get it installed with a direct link.(Instead of the NinjaTrader Downloader)

this worked, thanks.
But what can be the reason? I have an identical installation as before. Antivirus Scanner? I should solve this otherwise I cannot do updates the standard way

Great, most likely some windows security settings or anti virus is causing the issue. Would need to get in there and lower some security settings until we resolve the issue.

However you can continue to use that direct install link if you wish.
