Vendor licensing

(I hope I am formulating my question correctly!)

Can you please direct me where I can find NT`s agreement forms to become a 3rd party add-on/vendor licensee. In other words, I have indicators that I would like to make available through Ninja Trader for anyone who signs up for them.
