change bar time to start of bar interval

Is there a way to change the way NT labels the time of price bars. Currently the bar is stamped with the end time of the interval, I want my bars labeled with the start interval.

I have attached a screen shot of a 5 min chart with T&S data. The chart is showing the 8:30 bar using prices in the 5 min interval until 08:29:59.
I want the bar show to be labeled 8:25 since 8:30 hasn't started yet.

Any way to do this?

Oh, I sooo would like to be able to do this as well.

How about allowing an alternate, customizable X-axis legend on charts, for those of us that want to offset your end-time to our start-time?
Then we could even get the X-axis in EASTERN TIME ZONE values!!!

or we could have a second label on our bars for # 1-81 from beginning of session until we stop for the day....

See how many issues you could fix with just one solution?!
