Kinetic EOD update question

Hi,
I'm trying the free Kinetic EOD data at the moment but it doesn't update at the "End of the Day".
Nor does it update when i try to "reload historical data"
The only way i've gotten it to load the next bar is to shut down NT, restart and re-connect.
Is this normal please?
Is there a way to update without shutting down?

Historical daily data will be updated at 4:15 PM EDT. Can you please reload historical data after 4:15 PM and check if today's bar is loaded.

Hi Jason,
I'm mainly looking at FOREX. I did all of this just after GMT00:00 which i thought was after 4:15 pm EDT.
My time zone is GMT +12:00
I'll have another go at it tomorrow after the time you sugest (which is saturday morning for me) and pay more attention to the EDT time...... it could be i got daylight saving adjustment wrong....?

Is there a way of "reloading historiacl data" Globaly for all instruments rather than on a per chart basis?

Sounds good, please let me know the outcome.

You can reload historical data for all active instruments at Control Center-->Tools--
>Historical Data Manager-->Reload-tab.

Hi Jason,
I tried updating as you sugested at around EDT 4:30pm & only NQ updated. So i waited a few hours and tried again. This time everything updated OK.
