Stop asking do you want to save all charts

Is it possible to TURN OFF the "Do you want to save all worksheets"?

Sometimes by mistake I click yes and NT takes forever to open the 4 worksheets

Please advise if I can turn off this question every time I exit NT

This isn't a problem for me, as I prefer to save my workspaces when I'm done. Sometimes I'll even save them in the middle of a session if changes have been made. Plus, you always have the option to say no. Perhaps your computer is just slow? Not to mention, it only saves workspaces that are currently open.
