Failed to load BRN chart from PFG

Help me please, to get BRN future chart from PFG.

Do you receive the same error for BRN 08-12?

Typically this error indicates that you do not have access from your PFG account for this symbol. Are you sure have you access to ICE data or the BRN specifically?

July contract not loadin too (screen in attach).

I'll ask PFG about access from my PFG account for BRN futures.

If you use BC as the symbol map, do you at least get historical data? Or do you receive the same error?

If you're still getting errors using BC, this instrument cannot be charted if they do not stream data for this contract.

But it's OK, this is not technical issue.
