How to restrict an even?

I want to enter long based on a few conditions but I do not want to enter long if close is above upper bollinger band or anywhere near it. How do I set this in strategy wizard?

You could add a condition then that the Close has to be below the upper bollinger band for example.

That really does not work for what I am trying to do So there is no way to set a condition that say do this but not that?

Unfortunately not through the Condition Builder, but I'm not sure I follow - why you it not work?

If the price should be inside the bands in order to have a not experienced the breakout yet, it would be stating the same you try to accomplish as filter. If you'd like a certain 'grey area' around the upper band you can check for the price being smaller than the upperband - a certain offset, for example 3 ticks.
