zoom out is disabled

Hi,
I have a 9000 tick ES chart. I wanted to zoom out so that I can see more bars on the screen. However zoom out was disabled. Could anyone help me?
Also zoom in is not functional. I clicked that and nothing happens. so this clearly means I am not at the max zoomed out level.

Hello,

If Zoom Out is disabled, this would indicate that you are as far out as you can zoom. However at this point you should be able to compress by clicking on the time axis (x axis) and drag to the right. This should compress the bars together allowed you to view more.

The amount you can zoom / compress will be limited by the size of the chart window you are using.
