CQG wont connect

    CQG wont connect

    I know its the weekend but I was trying to connect to test and I get this it gives no error if my password was wrong it would tell me right??I can ping the IP from PC.

    I did have the same problem a few days back "Cannot connect to remote server". CQG said there was nothing wrong on their side and they referred me to Ninja. There was a clever guy who told me to carry out some cmd prompt commands which solved the issue but then I got the message "Invalid user or password". So I contacted CQG asking them to reset the login. After several attempts I received the following message "I understand your frustration but CQG is not able to assist in this setup. This is entirely a function of AMP and the Ninja Trader support team. CQG does not support the product which you are using." Even though login details I received from them. I lost my patience and simply signed up for a new demo which solved the problem.
    The best thing is to contact Ninja Support and send them your log file.

      Yes, rplust's recommendation is the best. Please send in your trace and log files to Support AT NinjaTrader DOT com so we can investigate the error messages.
