Unable to download .nt2 market replay file

Hi,

Since Tuesday, am not able to download .nt2 market replay file for ZN 09-12. Please advise.

I was able to download Market Replay Data Level 1 and Level 2 for the ZN 09-12 for the following dates 06/11/2012 to 06/13/2012.

Are you able to download the Level 1 data just not the Level 2 data?

Do you get an error message when you try to download the Level 2? If so what does the error message say?

Am able to download yesterday's data. I was able to download current date data previously too but not now.

Here's the error message:
Error on downloading replay data: Unable to retrieve data

Hi,

I mean am still able to download both level1 and level2 data, but for level2 data only yesterday but not latest data. Not sure if ninjatrader has modified it as i was able to do so previously.

Hello soonhwei,

Can you confirm what day you are unable to download Market Replay Level 2 data and the instrument so that I can check with the IT staff to make sure the data is recording correctly?

Please note that you will not be able to download the current days Market Replay Data as it will not be recorded yet.
