Unable to Connect to Zen-Fire from Ninjatrader 7

Hi,


When trying to connect to Zen-Fire, I'm getting the following error within the last 45 minutes:


Login failed: Unable to login: The remote certificate is invalid according to the validation procedure.

Thank you for your post.

We also received your email regarding this issue and have responded.

In case you do not receive our email response:

1) Sync PC Clock.

Please use the steps below to change your Time Zone and sync the PC clock, note to set the server to time.nist.gov.

You can sync your PC clock by double clicking on the clock in the lower right corner of your desktop. Press 'Change time zone...' Set the Time zone and press 'OK'.
Once you have done that, click on Internet Time tab and then click Update. Your PC clock should now be updated.

After updating your PC clock, please restart NinjaTrader and let me know if you are still having issues.


2) Check if Proxy is enabled

Can you check to see if you have proxy settings enabled in Internet Explorer.
• In Internet Explorer -> Tools -> Internet Options
• Connections tab -> LAN Settings
If checked to use a Proxy, uncheck it.


3) Restart the PC and any other Network hardware such as modems or routers.

Looks like it was a temporary glitch.


I'm able to connect to Zen-Fire now.
