US Equities RTH Template not running?

I am attempting to run my charts in real time, and cannot get the US Equities RTH data series template to run. It only gives me historical data for a few days back.

My data feed is from Kineticks, I am on NT 7, recently downloaded.

US Equities ETH runs by the way.

Thank you for your note.

What is your 'Days to Load' set to for your chart?

You can view this property, Right click in your chart --> Data Series --> Days to Load field.

By default NinjaTrader will use 5 days for minute charts. Try increasing this to 10 or 15 and pressing 'OK' to see if this is what you are looking for.

I loaded a new chart with SPY.
I changed Days Loaded to 15 days and set Template to US Equities RTH.
It is still only giving me data up until yesterday.

Is there another setting change I should make to get my chart showing real time trading?

Is this a Kinetick live account or the free End of Day feed?

Also, to ensure all items are covered in troubleshooting this issue, please check the following:

Tools --> Options --> Data --> Ensure that 'Get Data from Server' is enabled.


Additionally, please take the following steps.

* Control Center -> Tools -> Instrument Manager
* Search for SPY in the name field
* Select SPY and press Delete
* Press 'OK' on the Instrument Manager

Open a new chart and select an instrument you know works.
Once the chart has loaded type directly on the chart -> SPY and press Enter
You should see the chart now load SPY while connected to Kinetick.

I followed all of the steps prescribed until

I do not have any instrument that is working in the US Equities RTH template, including equities such as AAPL which was available through NT when originally downloaded as part of S&P 500.

US Equities ETH does run fine. Just not the template I wish to use if that helps.
