fdax chart doesn't update

Goodmorning,

My fdax chart doesn't update. It gives me all the data for today when i ask for it. Then it stands still and no new prices are shown. If i change the chart to for example ES it works correctly.

Also in the control center the data on the left says n/a.

What's the trick here?

Hello Rob,

Can you please tell me to what connectivity provider you connect in NinjaTrader.

Do you see any error messages in the Control Center-->Log-tab?

Please try a disconnect/re-connect of your connectivity provider and check if you receive real-time data.

If not, please send me your log and trace files. Go to Control Center-->Help-->Mail to Support in NinjaTrader. Put 'Attn Jason, fdax chart doesn't update' in the subject field and enable 'Log and trace files'.

Ps,

it does work with FDAX 06-12 , not with FDAX 07-12

Unfortunately the FDAX 07-12 does not exist. You would rollover to the 09-12 expiry.

Hahaha, a beginner mistake. I'm used to IB where the only options are those that really exists.
