NT7 not closing out trade

    NT7 not closing out trade

    I'm on NT7.0.10000.10 connected to the latest IB (TWS 926). When I exit a live trade, NT doesn't pick up on the exit and leaves the trade on (per NT). But IB shows it as an exit. I think this happened when I upgraded NT from the last version. Got any recommendations?

    The latest version of TWS we currently support is 921. You can download this version here from our IB connection guide:


    Please let us know if you see this issue when using 921 of TWS. There's no reason here to enter a trade you did not intend to just to verify -- just in the normal course of your trading let us know if you see it again.

    We're not aware of other reports of this, so we would like to look at your diagnostic files to see if they provide insight on a recent occurrence of this. .
    Please send me your log and trace files for today so that I may look into what occurred.

    You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Support. Reference this thread:
