Cancelling an Order with "COMMAND"

I have the following details:

Order ID in Cell A1
SIM101
ES 09-12

Is this the correct format for the COMMAND function if my goal is to cancel an order?

COMMAND("Cancel", "SIM101", "ES 09-12", ,,,,,,,"A1",,)

This command has a lot of stuff to it.

Thanks, correct then you would be looking to work the COMMAND call here. Is this the order id you assigned in the PLACE order call?

Yes, the final format is as follows:

Command("Cancel","SIM101","ES 09-12", ,,,,,,,"$C$9")

Is it permissible to refer to the Order ID through a cell reference? [$C$9]

That should work fine, if it's explicitly passed as string value to the call.

I have decided to take the quotes away from the $C$9 cell reference. maybe this will make it work properly.

What error do you get please with the call? Anything noted in NT's Log tab?

No error logged but I think that it is connected to the change I made in the instruments. Is this right?

Those would become fronth month today once the US session starts to mature, so I don't see an issue stemming from there. So the position entry via the PLACE Command is ok, just the Cancellation then not? If you submit it via the OIF file builder for testing (essentially using the same calls), same behavior?
