rev at stop

The reverse at stop option in the advanced menu of superdom. How is this reverse trade executed?

NinjaTrader will place 2 stop orders if Rev at Stop is checked. For example if you enter ES at 1300 (1 contract), and place a 10 tick stop, then NinjaTrader will place 2 stop orders at 1297.50 if Rev at stop is checked..

Would it be OK to use this technique in a NT strategy? I know that I cannot reverse a position using a limit order with double the original quantity, but how about 2 limit orders?

Hello DaveS,
Suppose you are long, and you have no pending stop/target orders (placed either by the Exit() methods or the Set() methods) then you can submit an EnterShortLimit() order. You dont have to place 2 orders. The strategy itself will place 2 orders. One to close the existing position and the other order in the direction of the trade (i.e. short).
