Kinetick minute chart not loading

When I connect to the Kinetick end of day service I cannot load minute charts (1, 5, 10, etc), the chart comes up blank. When I right-clicking the chart, Reload All Historical Data is grayed out. If I change the time frame to daily, I will get a daily chart. The minute charts work as expected when I connect to IB just not Kinetick.

The Kinetick minute charts use to work for me several months ago and then one day they just stopped working. I had this problem on an earlier version of NT so I upgraded to NT v7.0.1000.9 a couple of months ago and am still having the problem with this version. The Log tab doesn't show any errors.

When connecting to Kinetick Free EOD within NinjaTrader this will give you access to End of Day Daily data which may be used to create Day, Week, Month and Year charts.

In order to receive Historical Tick and Minute data from Kinetick you would be required to subscribe to their service.
