FTSE 100 cash index symbol?

Hi All,

I'm using IB as my datafeed, just wonder what is the symbol for FTSE cash index? i did try ^Z, but looks not correct.......

Hello Adam,

Thank you for your post.

The symobl "Z" will be for FTSE 100 Index Futures as apposed to an actual Index. This symbol will configured by default within the NinjaTrader Instrument Manager.

Please let me know if the issue persists after selecting the current contract Z 06-12.

actually, im looking for the actual index, i found the Z-futures in instrument manager, but not Z index......

To add the Index please use the steps I have provided below:

• Tools
• Instrument Manager
• New
• Input information referenced in the attached screen shot for both the Definitions and Misc tab
• Click Ok
• Add the Z Index to your instrument list
• Open a new chart for ^Z
