If my OS and Program Files are located on my C Drive, with NinjaTrader default install to C:\Program Files, and I create a junction point from C:\User\....\db to F:\db, any idea why NinjaTrader can't find my tick data when using Strategy Analyzer?

Unfortunately, I cannot see why you would be having a problem. After all, I have done the ultimate mount, by creating a junction to a partition with no drive letter, for my NT data repository, not just a junction to another directory, after first relocating the "My Documents" folder itself to another drive. In effect, I have done 2 redirections of directory mapping! Are you sure you have your junction mapped in the correct direction?
