Strategy disabled when editing NS?

I noticed that an active strategy executed a delayed signal. Just prior to the delayed signal (about 3 bars) I was looking at the strategy's code with the wizard open. Will opening the wizard for an active strategy temporarily disable the strategy until the wizard or editor is closed?

Hello billr,
Opening the strategy wizard or the NinjaScript Editor will not reinitialize the running strategy. Unless you reinitialize the strategy (say by pressing F5) the strategy wont be reinitialized.

Hmmm, I don't know what you mean by reinitialize. Are you saying that opening the wizard or editor does something to active strategies?

The strategy in question continued to operate without any intervention on my part. I was just trying to determine why the strategy entered a trade 3 bars late. In doing so, I wanted to eliminate the possibility that it was due to my having the wizard/editor open during that time.

EDIT: I found the problem and it was a charting issue, not the strategy. So the delayed entry did not actually occur. Sorry
