Connected OK but data will not show

Hello,

I have set up my Ninja without any errors, connected to Zen-Fire and it shows that connecting is ok (green box) however I do not see any data neither in my DOM nor charts will not refresh.

Please tell me where did I do wrong?

Thank you for your post.

Please reset your instruments with the steps I have provided below:

• Disconnect
• Tools
• Options
• Data tab
  Reset Instruments
• Restart NinjaTrader
• Remove from your Default instrument list and add it back in
• Reconnect

If you stil do not receive real time data please confirm with your broker that your account is authorized for the YM instrument.

I did everything in exact order as you said. Except for "Remove from your Default instrument list and add it back in" - because error pops up "You can't delete `default` instrument list.

It is not only YM, there is no moving in any one instrument.

In the message, please include the following:

2.) Your most current trace and log files.

You will find the file here: My Documents > NinjaTrader 7-> Trace > trace.YYYYMMDD.txt

Log file will be located by going to Documents->NinjaTrader 7->Log->log.YYYYMMDD.txt
