Alerts in MA

I'm a bit confused and tired with MA alerts. I have a custom indicator that can take 1, 0 or -1 values. I set an alert when value is not equal to 0. When I first run NT, all works properly until few minutes later the sound alerts didn't work. If I close and open again NT, alerts work again.

Any thoughts?

By the sound of it, this would relate to the 'rearm after seconds' property. What value are you currently using for your alert?

I have tried all the range between 0 and 300" and is not "rearm" related, because it works nicely during an hour for example with several sound alarms triggered. And I'm working with a 5 minutes indicator.

Please configure an alert based on a standard NinjaTrader indicator such as SMA - does this alert function normally or do you encounter the same issue?

Will do a test, but the problem is that the alerts turn off without noticed in few hours after the beginning. Now they are working again, will monitor them to see when they start to fail.

More than a week now from first post in this thread and I was not able to reproduce the problem. So I can say it works.
