PFG problems right now

Anybody having problems connecting to PFG right now (10;02 EST) ?

I have not seen any other reports of connections with PFG at this time and was able to establish a connection on our PFG Test account.

Can you please specify the behavior you are seeing? Is the connection timing out? Do you receive any errors on screen or from the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?

I talked to PFG, they said it was out....

I just got reconnected and my charts loaded, but now the price is not moving...

Can you please clarify what symbols are are not seeing real-time data for?

Its back up now, but YM, NQ and CL

My NT Has been giving me a hard time starting (as in a long time to start 10 mins to Half Hour) Then when it finally started I cannot find PFG in Data feed in my Providers list to set up???

Thank you for your post and welcome to our forums!

If PFG is not listed as a provider, this would indicate your PC is not reaching our license servers to verify the license.

I would suggest starting your computer as well as any network hardware such as a modem or router. Once the internet connection and computer have been completely reset, please try the connection again.
