brent crude oil and IB problem

I am using IB connection, I opened a BRN 07-12 position through NT7 chart trader, but on NT7 position tab, it showed as BRN 06-12, the same problem occour when I used strategy to open the position, so the strategy was not able to close the BRN 07-12 position. there is no problem when I use NT7 sim account.

Can you please send me your log and trace files. Go to Control Center-->Help-->Mail to Support in NinjaTrader. Put 'Attn Jason, brent crude oil and IB problem' in the subject field and enable 'Log and trace files'.

In addition, please include what TWS version you have installed. You can check this at Help-->About TradersWorkstation.

I'm having the exact same issue, and first saw this thread now. Bertrand and Joydeep have been trying to help via email, but we're stuck. How was this resolved? It's clearly a symbol mapping issue, but we can't manage to figure out what the correct map is.

Please help today if possible, we've been trying to trade this contract for over a week and still don't have it resolved.

Believe the mapping formatting is just off.

Try COIL||||1 without the IPE in there. Harry in this thread reports this in post 1.

If this does work for you please let me know I will have it changed in our next release by default.
