Do license keys expire?

I downloaded Ninja Trader a while back and was just getting used to it, trying to figure how to set it up. Then, I took a leave of absence, reformatted my computer, and haven't been back in a while. I downloaded it again, but my license isn't recognized.

It depends on the license. The free license doesn't expire, but the direct edition and leased licenses may. I would suggest sending us a support request to support at ninjatrader dot com. We can work with you there to get the proper license.
