QM with IB & Patsystem

Hello. I have a multi broker NT 5 version. I can get QM (mini crude) to load up with IB and set with Nymex. I downloaded the version that allows QM with clearport for patsystem (seen earlier post). If I change instrument to clearport (as described in previous post) and log into patsystem, no data will load. Have tried nymex and clearport setups with patsystem and can not get data for it.

Any ideas why IB and not Pats. If I redo to nymex and log IB works fine, can go back and forth, but not with Pats.

On Pats you explicitely have the select the new ClearPort exchange in the instrument manager. Since IB does not support ClearPort (AFAIK) you probably have to set up 2 different instruments if you want to tarde QM on IB and Pats "at the same time".

Sorry, maybe did not state that clearly. I did clearport, did 2 seperate setups for each IB and Pats. But pats setup will not work.

Trading QM & QG via Pats & NT - works fine for me.

A little issue when switchover happened but NT crew fixed it in very short order.

You probably need to go for the right contract months. Your traces (you did send a mail to support, no?) indicated that QM 01-06 is NOT a valid symbol for Pats (see your logs as well).

Try QM 02-06.

Using QM 01-06 and QG 01-06 via Pats & NT - no problems here.
