    Sorry to hear - can you please submit your trace / log to us for review as well? You can do this right in NT via Help > Mail to Support.

        Guys, for those who can't login right now, can you please post if those are live or demo accounts?

        We'll be getting in contact with AMP / CQG to investigate.

        We would also appreciate if log and trace files could be sent into our support inbox for review.

                  Guys, we have been getting ISP provider backbone issues unfortunately reported for users on a major ISP in NY, NJ and PA - if you have a backup connection please try connecting via this route then.

                  When we have an update we'll update this thread here.

                      Thanks for reporting back and glad to hear - unfortunately we could not comment on the fix / resolution as to our knowledge it was tied to the ISP backbone experiencing a temporary issue.

                        Bertrand: still down here in Maryland as of 9:14 a.m. EST. I have a lifetime NT license and trading live with AMP. It was working fine earlier this morning. Looks like the same issue that we had when I posted on 6-22-2012. By the way the cqg website (www.cqg.com) is not working also. Tried going to www.cqg.com with google chrome and IE9 and still not working. So it must be a problem again with CQG or their ISP connection.

                            I called comcast as suggested, they referred me to another phone number and was told that it must be my equipment (which it's not) and they can't do anything about it. Judging from the recent posts, I'm thinking it's cqg (again).
