Problem with range bars on Z contract

Hi Guys

There's no problem getting minute candles on my Z 06-12 contract chart.

However, I just don't seem to be able to get a range bar chart on this contract. I wonder if you could help me out with this problem? (Whatever range bar number I choose, all I can see is 'Loading data...')

More generally, is there a way of finding out (besides trial and error) how many range bar 'ticks' correspond to any particular instrument? Using trial and error, I found that in the ^DJIA, 1000 range bars = 10 points or ticks, but the equivalent in the ES is 4. My question is this: is there any way of determining this in advance?

My provider is Kinetick. Should I get back to them on this one?

Also, would the fact that I've tried to get these range bars over a weekend make any difference at all?

I was asking just to make sure you had tick data. Kinetick should offer it, but sometimes it depends on the subscriptions you have. If you submit a request to support at ninjatrader dot com we can get some private info from you (log/trace) and look into it further.
