can't connect via trading technologies

hello,

I cant seem to connect to my broker via trading technologies. When I try connecting, it just hangs there as Connecting-Trading Technologies, same with the Log.

Can anyone help?

I have no problem connecting to Google, Kinetick(EOD data).

First, please restart your PC, modem and router. If the issue remains after restarting these components, please contact me with a note to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com with a link to this forum thread and a copy of your Config file so that I may test the connection here.

You would find the Config file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 folder.
