Where to find correct TWS

So that I may further investigate please contact me via email (Support AT NinjaTrader DOT com). In your message, please include a link to this forum thread as well as a copy of today's trace file.
The trace file will be found in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder. I'll need a copy of the 'trace.20130225.txt' file.KyleNinjaTrader Customer Service

Same issue
Hi,
Could someone pls help?
I'm having the same problem as these guys.
I'm running TWS 927.7. And NT 7.0.1000.11. And the same symptoms: I can log in to TWS stand alone. But can't log into NT with the same account details.

1) Does your Traders Workstation settings match the ones in the second screen shot of our Interactive Brokers connection guide?

2) Are you using Mosaic Mode and if so do you have the Advanced Order Management (TWS) window open?
3) Does the icon at the top left of your Traders Workstation match the one in our Connection Guide (blue box with IB inside)?
