NinjaTrader not loading

I started NinjaTrader and it goes through the splash screen but afterwards the program won't load.

So I may assist you further please send your config file to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com.

You will find your configuration file in the following directory:
(My) Documents\NinjaTrader 7\config.xml

Once located, please send the config file as an attachment to your email.

Within the email please say Attention Brandon and make a reference to this forum post.

Thanks for your email and reply.

We were able to resolve the issue by repairing the connect on start up in the config file.
