    lost connection to zefire

    we have connection errors with zenfire this morning.

    any known issues ?

    makra081, no known issues or similiar reports known here - have been also connected since Eurex open on my end. Have you checked with your ISP if there are perhaps any network issues known currently?

      Hello Bertrand,
      I have massive connectionproblems, too. No automatic reconecct. I can connect after restart NinjaTrader (disconnect and connect won't work). There is noc problem with my Internet-connection, wich works fine and with full speed. There is no problem with my PC - I tried the same on 3 PC. It is a Problem with Zen-Fire itself.

        Jens, is this on the R10 of NT7? Can you please email me via Help >> Mail to Support?

            Hello Bertrand,

            yes, it is the actual r10-build. Mail done. I repaired the database, but nothing changed. Now i kan only exit the program and restart ninja again. I first repair database and than connect. This works...

                Hello Bertrand,
                first, I had problems with connecting to Kinetick free EOD.After restart the PC, this works fine. But I lose The connection to Zen-Fire three times this morning. No automatic reconection, no connection after disconnect. Only after restart NT.

                  I use Zen-Fire as well and it runs perfectly.

                    Jens, would you see the same on a freshly build NT ZenFire account connection? I've simulated a connection loss event with multiple means here and don't see any issues reconnecting once connectivity is fully restored.

                        my connectin now works fine since my posting at 11:28 am. I suppose, that the ISP cause these problems.
